The Arbors at Carolina Forest

I’m currently staying here and I’ve been here for about 4 months. I want to start off by saying the Office staff are superrrr friendly and very helpful. The units are beautiful and very spacious despite how it may appear. I was told all the bottom floor doesn’t “have carpet” but my unit does. Some people don’t though. The workers here go above and beyond to tend to your needs. Whether they work here or a 3rd party. The fitness room is good for people who are just starting or have a routine already. The pool is open all day which is amazing! Also there are trash bin and dumpsters throughout to maintain a clean environment. If you’re thinking about moving here I would. No roaches, no rat or wondering animals (besides the deer that come out at night) and no flies around the dumpers or pet w

I highly recommend living at the Arbors. Office staff, Valerie and Kayah was super sweet and efficient. I moved in right away. Maintenance, DJ and Rick are also awesome. If you put in a work order, they are there to assist you right away. My neighbors are quiet and friendly. The apartment is really clean and it’s a great neighborhood. Five stars from me and my family.

I love living here. The residents are so friendly. The maintenance men , D.J. & Rick are so awesome. Valerie and Kia are two of the most sweetest leasing managers you could meet. They care so much for the people and the property. They are always doing things to make The Arbors like home. They are beyond awesome.

Kayah was very helpful and patient with getting me moved in on short notice. Very welcoming upon first meet. Updates to come during my stay here.

They’re super nice and kind when they’re trying to get you in. Smiles and pleasantry until you sign the lease. Once you’re in they’re not the friendliest and they don’t work with you when things aren’t going as planned. Crazy thing is, I lived here for a short time in 2020 and things were great then so I felt it was the best about moving back. Different people in the office and if I knew what I know now I probably wouldn’t have signed the lease. Plus the “pest control” you’ll pay for monthly is just the maintenance guy coming around and spraying stuff you can get at Walmart (which isn’t even the best product). Parking is terrible (there is no dedicated parking for residents vs guests. So good luck getting a parking spot on the weekends even if you live here). If you’re considering another
