The Apex at CityPlace

I lived here for 2 years, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience the entire time. Nicole and Carlee are both top shelf employees and ladies in general. The amenities are unmatched, and the entire staff is very friendly. I have referred numerous folks and even got a referral fee. I would highly recommend living here to anyone, and the only reason I'm moving is I bought a home. I would live here again in a heartbeat.

Although I just moved out this past weekend after buying a home, I can honestly say I loved every bit of my 4+ years at the Apex. My husband and I took advantage of so many of the amenities (guest suites, dog-grooming area, workout spaces, etc.) and were consistently blown away by the staff. The office team and maintenance crew were always responsive, efficient, and truly caring. I’d recommend the Apex over and over again to anyone looking for an exceptional place to live!

I love The Apex. We lived there for a few years after being some of the first to move in. Parking, apartments, amenities, location and staff were always the best. I can’t thank all of them enough for the amazing care they’ve always given us. Anytime we needed anything they were there and always took care of it super quick. When moving to TX the move out process was seamless with them. We miss them and are so grateful! Great memories in a great place. Thank you, thank you so much!

Ive lived in this complex for 3 years now-definitely the best place in Overland Park. The staff are very nice, Nicole and Carley in the office are absolutely amazing. Living here is better than a hotel, has everything you could need, impressive amenities, the apartments themselves are gorgeous, and maintenance is always prompt. 10/10

Nicest place I've ever lived! Amenities are on par with beach resorts (alas, just missing the beach 😉). The care and upkeep of the property is excellent; even the smallest scratch gets flagged for repair. The apartment layout is perfect, with tons of storage and not much wasted space. Smart home features are a nice bonus. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.
