The Apex apartment

I visited Apex Apartment Complex in Oklahoma City to pick up my grandson. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, which I appreciated. The grounds were well-kept and the complex looked neat overall. The apartments themselves seemed a little small, cozy, but not much room to stretch out. If you're looking for a clean, quiet place and don’t mind limited space, it might work for you.

If you like roaches, gnats, flooding, black mold, etc...look no further this place has everything you miss about the south side! Would honestly recommend living out of a tent and saving for a nice place!

The only reason I put one star is because I had to. These apartments think everyone who lives here are crack heads. They agreed to work with me evicted me before Christmas no warning. After agreeing to wait 2 week to get my payment. I had no hot water until the day before court. Roaches falling off the wall. Then water leaking from the light for a year after trying to fix it 2 times incorrectly. If you call they will rig up stuff in the apartment. My apartments had mild. The windows would not open. Water is always being turned off. Maintenance cannot speak English or fix anything. My dishwasher has to be on to do the dishes they said. Carpet coming up from the stairs. The air does not work after coming to fix it. Now it is hot and no one can fix the air. I called new 4 in your corner no re

I lived here and the roaches were everywhere and I mean everywhere, I stopped paying my rent because my fridge stopped working, my AC was constantly smoking and sending a burning smell in my house. The water is constantly off , they do not make pest control mandatory 😑 🙄, the windows are cracked and taped up. Everytime I went to.cook the roaches were everywhere and I mean everywhere falling off the walls. The rent is almost 1,000 DO NOT RENT HERE

I live in these apartments at the moment I would not refer anyone to these apartments!!!!! They? Are money hungry and the appointments are out of date?I had to pay to get three pound electrical outlets put in my apartment. My apartment has flooded at least 7 times and they refuse to change my floors.I live with mold as well as roaches and they have the nerve to charge you ten dollar late fee every day you are late on rent. Please save the headache and go somewhere else
