I had a great experience working with Helena at The Apex. From the first tour, she was friendly and very helpful finding the right place for us. Not just trying to make a sale type mindset. She explained the application process in a way that was easy to understand and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Helena was always able to answer any question I had, helpful, and easy to talk to, which made a big difference. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with each step. I moved into my apt. a few months ago and I ran into a few initial issues that needed attention. From the start the property manager, Melanie, was responsive and helpful. She went above and beyond, verifying my concerns about what needed to be fixed as legitimate and I just wanted to say it did not go overlooked! Finally, she coordinated with the maintenance team on my behalf to address the issues. The maintenance team came in a timely manner and fixed the issues well. Thanks Melanie & Maintenance team.

Just about to be moved in this weekend, wanted to share how lovely Sophia has been with handling our application process and showing us multiple units. she has been quick to respond and helped out with any and all complications wee have had during the application and truly made the experience so much better. have heard of other complexes being difficult and not as welcoming and this was certainly not the case. we applied and got accepted so fast and without sophia we wouldn't have felt so welcomed and reassured we made the right decision moving to the apex. Thank You so much !

Haven’t even moved in yet but can’t even get a virtual tour scheduled or any of my questions answered. If I don’t choose them that will be why. How can one even operate if they won’t even talk to potentials?
