The Apartments of St. Charles

My rating is for my agent Diana Diana was very patient and helpful. She took her time touring apartments with me and even sent pictures since I wasn’t in the area. I never felt rushed and really appreciated her understanding and support throughout the process. I also like the Tour app, it’s so convenient

I have turned in two major work orders but neither of them have been fixed. I have turned in multiple follow ups with zero communication from maintenance or management. It really seems that neither care about customer service. This has been going on for months. And all has to do with the construction downstairs on the St Charles office. Here is a recap. Veterans Day weekend the construction down stairs installed a massive metal “I” beam that was used to “level” the ceiling. The problem is the ceiling is my floor which adjusted six doors in my apartment. I now have three doors that do not work. The second work order has to do with the consistent heat coming into my apartment from downstairs. I have come home from work and it’s been between 79 and 84 degrees. And this is with nothing turned

I would love to give a shout out to Khalil, the best leasing specialist that ever done it. He made my process so smooth and easy. He accommodated my way of communication due to work hours and I never had to wait "forever" to get a response back to questions I had or information I needed to move forward in the process. Khalil, if you see this. Keep up the great work!!!

I've been with the Apartments of St. Charles for over 13 years and they continually disappoint. A representative placed a warning on my vehicle stating it would be towed for expired tags (they don't expire until 2026) so I emailed them with all the proper info, stating they were in error. No response and they towed my vehicle. And it's because of this lack of response and blatant retaliation, that I'm going the legal route. I can afford paying the tow company, but why am I continually paying for this company's screw-ups? See you in court, fellas.

There are no internal options for struggling families. Most of the office is unpleasant and have attitudes. The young lady that I worked with when I first moved in was gone a week later. She was good that is what swayed my move in. Staff changes quickly. They are quick to file and quick to not provide options blaming it on fair housing laws despite the amount of vacant apartments and high turnover rates of tenants. One month I was marked as late but had actually over paid for not having my balance correct in the system and no one could explain the ledger. I asked for a different lease renewal rate weeks ago and I am still waiting on it yet I didn’t have to wait for a late notice. Trash is around the buildings and handicap parking is close to the building but still a walk to the entrance of
