Midtown 501 is a gem in a time when finding good housing is increasingly difficult and expensive. The location is great, right off of 15-501 and a short drive to Franklin St, making commuting a breeze, but it is tucked away so you don't have to sacrifice convenience for a quiet community. The units are beyond spacious and the staff is always ready and willing to help. We were stressing out about finding a new place, but Adrienne was very kind and professional, answering our questions and finding the perfect unit to suit our needs. We couldn't be happier and you will be too!!
I lived here for about 4 years. They kept on raising the rent which I would understand if things were getting better, but they got worse so it was frustrating to keep paying high prices to live in a neighborhood that was progressively getting worse. Dishwasher and washer / dryer were constantly breaking and every time we put a work order in they would come and do something but it would be broken the next day. Things like this happened all the time and they never replaced the dishwasher, just kept coming back and pretending to fix it. Maintenance team was also super weird, coming into the house unannounced without even knocking or any kind of notice. I let them know and I would make sure to keep my door locked after things like this happened, because as a young woman in the house alone that
I've lived here for almost a year now and have had a wonderful experience. In fact I recommend the complex to my friends. The maintenance staff deserves an extra shout out they are timely, extremely nice and very good with pets! My unit is in great condition although I believe it is one of the older units. The unit is very spacious and all appliances have worked for me so far, anything thats been an issue has been fixed within a few days. After reading some of the negative reviews I do feel like some reviews were meant for other complexes as they don't make sense for this apartment complex, the description on the front desk staff don't match nor do some descriptions of the common areas. You can tour your unit often in advance to see what condition it is in before moving. I did, and my unit
I have been a tenant at Midtown 501 for exactly 6 months today and I've have more maintenance tickets submitted than I've had visitors. The maintenance issues has caused my water bill to increase over $300 month for just 1 person. I've contacted the "manager" in attempt to resolve this issue months ago and I'm still waiting for a resolution. I ended up paying for the utilities bills because I did not want the bill to continue to increase while I wait for a resolution from management. I've called the leasing office multiple times and they have my number programmed because they stopped answering my calls in regards to this issue. I even emailed the manager as instructed by the employee 3 months ago and again no reply. The rent is on a sliding scale depending on the water usage which aga
I’ve been living at 501 Midtown for a little over six months, Anytime I’ve had a question or needed maintenance, the staff has been responsive and easy to work with, which really makes day-to-day living stress-free. The location is also a big plus—it’s convenient without feeling overwhelming. Overall, 501 Midtown has been a great place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new home
