The Apartments at Denver Place

I have lived all over Denver and I gotta say this is easily the best place my wife and I have lived. Big spacious. Modern units, the staff is always super attentive and quick to address anything, the common spaces are always immaculate and on top of that it's perfectly located. I was expecting the price of my unit to be double what I am paying when compared to all the other places I checked downtown. If you come across this place you better jump on it because you won't find a deal like this anywhere in Denver

Lived here for over 4 years, from 9/2020 to 3/2025, and overall I had a great experience. Pricing is very reasonable for Denver, let alone to live in a skyscraper in the heart of downtown. The rooms are huge and have an abundance of floorspace, and I rarely heard my neighbors. The big windows and stunning city/mountain views are unquestionably the main allure of living here. Also, the management and maintenance teams are fantastic — my requests were always addressed within 48hrs, often same-day. The downsides of this property: no on-site amenities, aside from a lobby with couches, TVs and a coffee machine. First and foremost I am from Denver, Colorado and my biggest dream has been to live in a high rise building in Downtown Denver. The Apartments at Denver Place has been such a dream and I have been living here for almost a year! Mati, Melanie and Melissa are so diligent and caring! They are honest and hard working! Because of them I believe the past problems like the hot water has been solved permanently! I know I will be here for a while! The FREE breakfast and happy hour are the best thing besides the FREE gym membership and the views! Also my apartment is in amazing condition and I hardly have to put in any service request but if I had to get anything fixed Christian is on top of it and also working hard to make sure our community is at it's best! Worst living experience EVER. Been nothing short of a nightmare. Won’t let me out of my lease without charging me so much money. I pay double my electric bill every month because of the windows in my apartment. I never have hot water and sometimes like today the water is just completely off for no reason no warning email nothing. I went 2 straight months without a hot shower. Problems with water where I can’t even flush the toilet are a weekly thing. I Pay to park $200 a month and have been told I can’t park in my spot on multiple occasions. The elevator just started working after 11 months of dealing with taking 30 floors of stairs down just to get where I need to go. We had 1 working elevator with 37 floors and would wait 20 minutes every time you needed one and on a lot occasions it wou
