The Apartments at Brayden

I’ve been living at The Apartments at Brayden since 2019 and over the years I’ve seen tremendous improvements, especially since Knightvest took over management. The community is well-maintained, the staff is responsive and the overall atmosphere has gotten better and better. I truly enjoy living here. The location is incredibly convenient and close to all my favorite shopping centers, markets, and restaurants. It’s been a great place to call home and I’m happy to see the continued positive changes.

We moved into the Brayden in 2020 during the pandemic and have had some of the best years of our life here. Our kids have been raised here and we have the best memories and sadly are moving away but have to leave a review to rave about how beautiful this community is. It’s a very clean community with thick walls where I never hear our neighbors, and never had to deal with bugs. All issues have always been handled quickly and the current team in the leasing office is phenomenal! Shannon is the sweetest and so is everyone else including the maintenance team who handles things quickly and will not leave your unit until every issue is handled. I would highly recommend this apartment complex and will also say it’s zoned for some of the best schools in SC and the school bus drops the kids inside

The maintenance team is just as impressive, responding quickly and taking care of requests with great attention to detail. Overall, the service and support here truly makes a difference and I’m very happy with my experience.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this community. It’s clean, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The neighbors are friendly, and there’s a strong sense of safety and community. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Management is responsive and does a good job addressing any concerns.
