They’re not horrible apartments. Mine is certainly not level by any stretch of the imagination and they don’t really clean them before you move in. but that’s way less of a nuisance than the employees are basically allowed to do whatever they want. work on and park pickups and dirt bikes in the front walk way of the complex breaking the concrete and leaving oil stains, they also have completely different rules that have to follow. no residents are allowed to have dogs off leash nor are they allowed to leave trash bags outside of their apartment. These “rules” don’t apply to employees so several times i’ve had an untrained husky try to run at my dogs while i’m just trying to take them out and it’s always a giant mess outside employee apartments. would be a great complex if there wasn’t spec

Clean rooms, modern fixtures, wholesome place with friendly neighbors. I've been here for 6 months and I can't begin to describe how convenient the location is. Walmart is just a mile to the right, downtown a mile to the left, a shopping district right in front with a gym (Retro Fitness) and new sushi and ramen place (Kabuto). I can't ask for much more than this being a single male who lives alone. Thank you Nils for making my experience here comfortable and worthwhile. Also, if you have dogs, remember to always pick up after them. This is a beautiful complex and we all work hard to keep it that way!

Arranged to rent a 1 br from the Annie, and what I saw was definitely NOT what I'd rented. The places are super small and grimy. There's dog 💩 all over the property, plus garbage randomly laying outside. When I came to get the key no one was there and they never responded to my calls. The apartment door was unlocked so I was able to see the place - it hadn't been cleaned and the fridge was gross. There was a stove with 3 elements, no oven and no dishwasher. I couldn't take possession, found another place, then the Annie started charging me massive late rent fees. THEY NEVER EVEN GAVE ME A KEY. Had to get a lawyer to get them to stop bothering me but never got my deposit back.

I've never given a review on Google maps but this is an exception! WARNING if you're looking for an apartment, the Annie apartments are NOT a good choice. We scheduled a tour, and there was no one there to show us the apartments. We reached out and they respond in a fair amount of time (45min) they said sorry and that "Somone is usually in the office on Saturday at 9, but randomly not today." Then offered to come and give one. The thing is the sign they had on the office door said they are closed on Saturdays so I don't know if I believe their text. If you also look at other reviews on others website they say that that the management is horrific!!!
