The Annexe

Pros: The staff is overall polite and respectful. Quick to respond and address issues. I do wish I could give a higher review based on them alone. Cons: The location is horrible. I lived there for a term years ago and it was great. After selling my home, I returned before transitioning to my next home. My experience there made me warn others from it. I've had people ask me for money in the parking lot, called the police many times due to shootings in the development next door (during daytime), had my neighbors cars broken into, and had a time of night I decided on carrying my firearm due to potential dangers. The demographic is grad students and young family, but it's just not a safe place whatsoever.

Don't live here, you will regret it. Constant issues with the units that I know of from from multiple renters. Also, this apartment complex is running a scam to generate revenue. They have vary limited amount of visitor parking (28 spots) that fill up vary quickly by the evening time. This forcing guests to park in one of the vary available (50+ spaces available even on the most packed of days) unmarked parking spots. They then place a boot on the visitor cars who came to late to get into a visitor designated parking spot. The boot costs $140 to remove and goes up with time. I can understand a policy like this if there were a lack of parking available, but the lot is never filled even close to capacity. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Our friend of over 30 years lives here we stopped to visit with him overnight and had a great time. The area is well maintained, clean and comfortable.

I just wanted to say that Stephen who, works at the front office so incredibly helpful and personable assisting me with the move out process. . Definitely an asset to the company!
