This really is a great place to live. Reading the reviews online with people kind of blew me away. I have never had an issue with noise, or uncleanliness of the building. The staff have always been nice and welcoming to anything you need. Maintenance is always taken care of right away(minus the time when the elevator went out for a few days but, I’ve worked a few places where this happens and unfortunately it can take that long to fix an issue) and I lived on the top floor. I loved the location, there is the river walk trail where I rode my bike with my dog every day, they provide a safe warm place to store my bike. The river is beautiful especially at sun rise and set. They do cute little community events each month to bring people together and make friends. I don’t think the others writi

Worst apartment experience ever. Absolutely unacceptable management. Snow in the parking lot is left untouched for days, turning the entire area into black ice. There is no regular salting, no proper snow removal, and zero concern for resident safety. The parking lot is extremely slippery—my sister fell today, and I have personally seen multiple people slip and fall here. This is a serious safety hazard waiting to turn into a lawsuit. Despite this negligence, parking fees increase every year and rent keeps going up. There is no justification for these price hikes when basic maintenance is completely ignored. If you are paying $650, you’re far better off renting a single-bedroom apartment outside and sharing it with someone—at least you’ll get safety and peace of mind. Security is another j

1. They have a contract with a greedy and scamming utility company, so even if you don't use electricity at all, you get charged at least $150 every month. I was a full-time student & worker so I barely was at home and they charged this still, on top of parking place fee of $55. So you actually pay much more rents than any fancy apartment around there, so do not ever think the rents are going to be "reasonable". 2. Intoxicated college kids everywhere creating enormous noise / problems inside and outside of the building and they would ruin your sleeps every night. The managers or cops never did and wouldn't do a jack about them. 3. Irresponsible managers and the repair guy who always make excuses of being "busy" but they never get anything completely fixed around there and then charge you

I would not recommend living here. The actual units are ok, but the living experience is terrible. Loud neighbors will be a constant issue, thumping and slamming on your ceiling all night, every night. Modified cars redlining at three in the morning, and zero enforcement of rules by property management. Rent and fees go up every year despite zero repairs or improvements being made to the property. One Friday night, a group of people tried to break into our unit by kicking the door in. The door would not properly secure afterwards, leaving the unit unsafe. Despite this, property staff couldn't be bothered to come out until the following Monday. No after-hours support, just "wait until business hours". Their idea of a repair was to glue the broken door frame back on and paint over it. To d
