The Annex Apartments

So helpful and have step by step instruction on what to do, wonderful experience. Apartment is so clean on move in day ,lots of cupboard space.

Finished my 1 year lease and renewed for another. They keep up with maintenance and bug express, the staff are caring and nice! Even the business they hire to do jobs around the apartments are kind, they keep it tidy and clean around the apartments and truly care about tenants. The pool always stays kept up with and has nice outside furniture to sit and layout on. They are fixing up an apartment right across from me to get ready for a new tenant and I can see the work and time they are putting into it! So far it’s been a great experience with The Annex.

Rent is very low but the service is great, I have an issue and report it’s repaired within a week! Nothing to complain about with the neighborhood, and never have any issues with really noisy neighbors or drama! Would recommend again!

I submitted a work order late on a Sunday and by Monday they were at my door to fix my issue. Got completely resolved. Didn’t have to go without AC for long. The maintenance men were very professional, always very friendly. Everyone is so very friendly from maintenance to the lady that comes in and make the apartments ready down to office staff. I have never seen any negativity from anyone. Thanks y’all!!!

I've only lived here 2 months but every time I have put in a work order it's been looked at or fixed pretty reasonable time within a day or two. I really appreciate that because in the past that other places it took weeks so I'm proud to say that the staff is very eager to fix things and they have a urgency about fixing them
