Two stars for being very nice people, but their data privacy practices need a thorough evaluation and overhaul. Net-net, they sell your personal data. I have an unlisted cell phone number that I guard zealously and the day after my listing expired (January 1), I received 11 text messages and 6 phone calls from other realtors. When I asked my listing agent, she said that "agents can pay for a system that gives them access to the information." I was taken back because the listing contract refers to a privacy policy and the one located on their website states, "we do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties."
