If you’re considering moving here, just know you’ll need a pair of noise-canceling headphones and a prayer for peace. We reported—multiple times—to management about the neighbor across from us and the neighbor next door slamming doors morning and evening. Not just once, not just twice, but enough times to fill a door-slam logbook. We caught the noise on our Ring camera. My wife even asked me, “How do people slam doors like this when we don’t?”—and honestly, no one has the answer. After we spoke to the general manager via email, the explanation we got was: “It’s just the hinges. It’s the air. It’s ‘multi-family housing.’” But somehow, none of these excuses stop the daily BOOM-BOOM of door slams waking us up or shaking our walls. And guess what? No lease violations for these peasants that
I scheduled a guided tour at The Anderson well in advance, but unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst touring experiences I’ve had. We arrived on time for our appointment, but there was no leasing agent at the front desk. The agent arrived about 30 minutes later and began assisting residents who had come in after us. When she finally acknowledged us, there was no apology for the delay, and she stepped away again. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, another leasing agent returned from lunch and was able to give us the tour. While the second agent was polite, she did not seem fully informed about availability or key details about the property, which made the tour feel unorganized and unhelpful. Toward the end of the tour, the first agent—who had kept us waiting—inserted her
The only problems are financial, they apply uncorrected late fees without justificatio, and after months of waiting and asking for the correct amount following the law, they just give me back the money from the late fees, without the fine and the correct amount in base of legal policy. I ask a few times, without success, it was an error I fully understand, but when you make a mistake, you need to be responsible and ethical and apply all the procedures. I considered in my opinion, they failed 3 times: applying late fees, 2 ignored the rules, 3 Denied to fix the problems created by the company, not me, I never ask nothing before they fined me. So, for the people that are thinking about move, think about this behavior, if something happens, probably they won’t follow rules for your side, but
I have lived at The Anderson for nearly 6 months now and all I can say is how amazing it has been. I came in for a tour in August where I was helped by Donna and Cesar who explained everything to me perfectly regarding fees, amenities, etc. When I moved in around a week later Matthew was so helpful he got me my keys and assisted me in every way possible. Safe to say this was the easiest move in I’ve ever had. This team has made these past few months so enjoyable my dog and I love seeing Michelle at the front desk ready with treats. Property manager Sylvia greets everyone with a welcoming smile and is ready to assist whenever you need. Ricardo and the maintenance team respond to request immediately and do such a good job at keep the building running smoothly. I’m so grateful to live in a
I moved here almost three months ago, and I would say this place is great, just as I expected. I had a tour with Matthew, who explained everything clearly and made a great impression. He really sold me on the place, and I applied for the apartment in person the next day. The leasing team made sure I was qualified and the process went very smoothly. They were also flexible with my move-in date since my job was delayed, which I really appreciated. During my stay, both the staff and residents have been very nice. The community also hosts different events to help us get to know each other, such as social hours, “Cooking with the Chef,” and themed dinners where we can dress up. When I had questions about my packages, the staff was always willing to help me find them. So far, I’ve really enjoyed
