The Anamar at Collins Park

Living at the Anamar is an amazing lifestyle. Right across from the beach, walking distance to the restaurant I work at on Lincoln road and for only $75 more a secure garage with electric car charging right next to the building. The place is brand new. We were one of the first to move in. Every new building has some things that need to be fixed, but the management and owners are on it. A little patience is no big deal. This is a lovely building. I used to live in LA, so to say this place is unsafe is ridiculous. I feel amazingly safe, actually it feels more like a permanent vacation. This is workforce housing so the rent for our two bedroom is under market rate, which is awesome. The gym isn’t fancy, but it is clean and the machines are great. The artwork in the building adds a nice touch.

Was an amazing view from the studio unit I visited today at The Anamar. You can see the beach in one direction and the city skyline on the other, truly the best of both worlds. It’s no surprise all the larger units are already leased. I’m seriously debating renting a studio here. The location is excellent and easily accessible, right in the heart of South Beach

I love living at The Anamar at Collins Park for its prime location across from a stunning beach and proximity to Miami Beach Senior High School and my husband’s workplace. This allows us to manage with one car, with free trolley and buses nearby. As a light sleeper, I find the solid windows and doors keep nights peaceful. Though blinds took a month to install due to ongoing construction, they’re high-quality blackout blinds. The high ceilings, solid floors, and ocean-view balcony are delightful for my writing. As an artist, I qualified for this workforce housing, which offers great value compared to similar units costing $7,000+ elsewhere. Our two-bedroom rent is $3,063 plus $75 for parking. I don’t live at The Anamar, but I have several friends who do—and every time I visit, I’m impressed. The building is spotless, modern, and feels like a true part of Miami Beach life. The apartments are bright and stylish, and the location couldn’t be better—close to the beach, Collins Park, and everything fun in the area. The management team is always friendly when I stop by, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents’ experience. My friends love living here and always mention how responsive and professional the staff is. It’s one of those places that feels both upscale and welcoming at the same time. First, I would like to say that being a South FL native- I'm SO grateful to the team at The Anamar and the Anamar itself opening! It opened at such perfect timing for me as I had finally decided it was time to move to Miami Beach - after driving from North Miami Beach to work everyday for many years. The Anamar was the first apartment I looked at , and I still took my time looking at other apartments for about 2 months before deciding that THIS is the best option hands down.
