The Amesbury on West Market

I enjoyed my stay here I felt safe I was here for about a little over a year, maintenance comes super quick literally the next day I love that they have community events. We have a police patrol and they are consistent on taking out the trash. The only reason I’m moving is because I wish these apartments were renovated and I just would like a little bit more space but other than that, I definitely recommend Also, the front office people are really nice (Leslie made my move in very easy and she’s amazing Travis! I will add that the gate has been broken majority of the times Ive been here , so when looking at these apartments, do not think they’re going to be gated.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and it was such an amazing experience. Office staff feels like family and I will always cherish the experience I’ve had here.

Travis and Chatauna have always kept me informed and was willing to solve any problem or answer any questions. They were always welcoming and made sure to engage with the Amesbury community. Definitely appreciate Amesbury for making my 1st apartment experience a great one!

My husband and I moved here from out of state and have lived at Amesbury for a year now and we have no complaints! Very clean and quiet. Inside of the apartment is super nice and we have washer and dryer hookups. Love the staff at the office they've always been super helpful and friendly. Shout-out to Travis for giving me some zip ties to put on a piece of my car that was falling off 😂 Overall we love it here. Maintenance is always pretty fast and it's easy to pay rent on the portal. I think the only thing that sometimes is a bother is the spider webs that usually pile up in the outside stairways but isn't a big deal.

I lived here for 2 years plus while keeping my apartment in excellent condition. After my move out as my apartment was left in excellent condition and I was told that my deposit would be returned in 30 days. After making several visits to this location and sending emails asking for updates all I kept been told was the vendor was behind on finalizing the invoices. All my final charges were paid in full after my move out. I receive the final bill that states I owed a water bill, carpet replacement, kitchen/bathroom vinyl had to be replaced and counter tops. So basically they saying I want receive a deposit back and I owe them a balance when all they had to say was that in the beginning. Very unprofessional and young management that don’t know how to treat valued customers but no worrie
