The Amelia Luxury Apartments

First off, my partner and I want to thank Lucas and Bridgette for making our moving experience incredibly easy and stress free! We feel incredibly grateful to have such a beautiful home and community! Both Lucas and Bridgette were professional and willing to work with any issues that may arise for us. We felt like they were completely honest from the jump, didn’t try to oversell or hide anything. The apartment itself was spotless when we moved in (Not even dust in the corners!!), which they cleaned twice for us just before we moved in. Walk in shower is gorgeous, the smart home appliances were easy to set up and use, and came with its own alarm system. The complex is very well maintained, and you can truly see the care that goes into keeping everything clean and organized. The management team is incredibly helpful and responsive — whenever you submit a request, they resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. They also genuinely listen to residents’ feedback and survey requests, which shows they care about continuous improvement. The community itself feels more like a resort than a typical complex. It’s peaceful, quiet, and beautifully kept, making it a wonderful place to live.

Pros: Decent gym, resort-style pool, and nice floor plans. Cons: Poor construction quality, inconsiderate tenants and safety concerns. We chose this community because we loved the office staff but management changed. It’s a new building and unfortunately the construction quality feels poor. The walls don’t appear to be properly primed, you can tell by the texture, and the cheap vinyl flooring is already separating. Our sink also has low water pressure due to the hose but management has declined to replace it. Unfortunately, the resident behavior has been disappointing. Many people don’t pick up after their dogs and I’ve had packages stolen. The hallways often smell like trash because residents leave their garbage outside their doors all weekend, even after management has sent multiple r

I moved into this apartment complex at the end of August and I’ve had a great experience so far. The community is really quiet and peaceful, which I appreciate a lot. The pool and jacuzzis are always open and well maintained, so it’s super convenient to use them whenever you want. The gym is also a good enough size for the average lifter and has everything you need for a solid workout. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’m happy I chose to move here.

My husband and I love our apartment complex! Overall the maintenance team and leasing office staff are wonderful. A couple downsides are the amount of crickets we get in our apartment (since we are on the first floor) and some of the cabinets are made of cheaper material and tend to get misaligned. Over all though, a wonderful complex!
