The Alexandar

The complex is beautiful and clean and the front office staff is helpful. The process of touring and leasing my new apartment has been nothing less than luxurious. Ryan in the front office was sweet, welcoming, supportive and extremely helpful. The Alexander is providing a great service to renters by providing a secure and safe space that allows pets. After a break up and being faced with the task of finding my own place to live with my pets, The Alexander has provided me with comfort and certainty. I am very grateful and highly recommend this apartment complex.

I really enjoyed living at the Alexandar! The property is well-maintained, my neighbors are friendly, quiet hours start at 10 and there's a security patrol every night. Ryan in the office is fantastic; she's efficient and organized and I hope she's well-paid. The office staff and maintenance staff were careful not to let my pets out when they entered the apartment, and any concerns or questions I had were promptly addressed. The only downsides of living there are that traffic on Dutton can be heavy, some people don't know how to drive around the traffic circle at the entrance to the property, and it's taken a while to fix the siding on a few buildings. I'll update my review after I get my security deposit, because I know that's always a concern when renting, but I had a good experience her

Such a friendly front office staff! Very helpful and informative. I learned not only about the property, but other useful info about the area, like Imwallie Farms nearby. I am still looking around, but this looks like a great place to live!
