Easy application process, same day maintenance follow up, kind and friendly leasing team, great location, clean grounds and trash area, very nice unit. Overall my living experience has been on par!

I first moved to these apartments back in December of 2024. Pros -This was the only apartment complex that accepted me with my bankruptcy in my price range. It’s updated and I think it’s a very nice looking unit. -It’s close to stores and to my job. -I love the contest the new property manager is doing and how they’re promoting on social media-it implies effort. -They had been bringing a taco food truck every Tuesday for residents -They allowed me to host an event in the community space although I guess thats what its for -The fitness room also opened up in the last couple months during office hours However, here is my real honest review… -When I first moved in my heat did not work at all. It was freezing cold in my unit to the point I had to leave in the middle of the night to go to a

Great staff, quiet and I have friendly neighbors. I wish there was assigned parking, but it's not a big deal. The complex is in a really out of the way but convenient location. I am enjoying my time here so far.

Toured with Harlie and Michelle, and Harlie was very informative during my application process! I’ve been living here for about a month now and everything has been great. The service guy Anthony is quick to respond and does a great job. Quiet neighborhood but right off 696 so I do hear loud cars occasionally. My apartment is the perfect amount of space for a studio but I’m not the biggest fan of the key fobs to get in and then not having to lock my door on the way out. Other than that a great apartment community!

DO NOT MOVE HERE the management here is the absolute worst. the pool is supposed to be available all week 9am-9pm and half of the time it’s randomly locked because they refuse to give residents a pool key. Save your money. Also the utilities here are ridiculously high so don’t let the “cheap” rent fool you. I’d also like to add that when I renewed my lease this year my rent increased from $895 to $1000 per month, but somehow they’re renting the same unit I live in for $875. I wouldn’t move anywhere managed by village green after my two year experience living here.
