I'm incredibly proud to be one of the new office renters in this beautifully renovated, well-maintained gem. I always feel safe (physically and energetically), and my visitors appreciate how easy it is to locate and park. The way the owner pours into tenants and into the Polar Rock community is really something to be admired as well. Looking forward to my stay here and can't wait to see what else they develop in the area!

I absolutely love everything about this place. The owner Mrs. Charlotte is the sweetest Angel ever. Every thing they do for the children, families, and community is remarkable. They also host church services every last Sunday of the month at 4:00pm and trust me you will love it they even host small intimate, private, and beautiful events.
