I have been living at the Aidan for about a year and a half now. My assigned parking spot is quite literally on the other side of the property. While I genuinely don’t mind the walk, it is very frustrating every time I buy groceries and find myself having to carry everything a long distance. I have tried talking to management about switching my parking spot (since there are at least 10 car ports right in front of my building I have never seen in use since I moved in) and have been told there is nothing they can do. Along with that, my parking spot is full of mud. I have asked twice now if they could send maintenance to clean it, as I would rather not step in it, but they have failed to help me on this issue. I have been dealing with a persistent sewer smell inside my unit for several weeks now, and despite multiple complaints, the issue has not been resolved. The odor is strong and disruptive, making it difficult to feel comfortable in my own home. Additionally, the leasing office has stated that someone came to clean the carpet, but that is simply not true—no one has entered my unit to perform any cleaning.
