The Agnes

Love the property! The gym is pretty good as far as residential gyms are concerned. There’s a swimming pool which is great in the summer time. Staff is super responsive when it comes to questions or issues we’ve had. Keowone is awesome he’s been super helpful from the moment we applied and always goes above and beyond for us. Maintenance crew is also fantastic. I love the resident appreciation events especially the pop up shops in the lobby, it’s a great opportunity to meet local businesses. Another shoutout to the property manager Mayliz she’s been super helpful with any concerns we’ve had. I wish there was more in terms of retail in the area and better walkability.

Best apartment building I’ve ever lived in! The property is always spotless and well-maintained, thanks to the incredible staff. Mayliz and her team are punctual, attentive, and always willing to help. The 24/7 concierge is friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance crew takes care of any issues right away. The building is dog-friendly and truly community-oriented, with regular events that make it easy to feel connected and part of something special. On top of that, it’s a peaceful place to call home, complete with a pool, BBQ area, and plenty of space to relax. Honestly, you can’t go wrong living here.

The building is clean, and the people at the front desk are so nice. Keowone in particular has been amazing! He guided me through the leasing process and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make my move-in process seamless. Whenever I see him in the lobby, he greets me and ensures I have no issues with my apartment. Maintenance is great. I had an issue with my refrigerator, put a request in, and my fridge was fixed the next day. No fuss, and my apartment looked like no one even entered! My only complaint is that I had some issues getting a spot in the parking lot during my first couple months. Management was conducting an audit and kept assigning me spots that were taken. Although I had this parking issue, because Keowone has been so great, I'll still give The Agnes 5 st

Living at The Agnes has truly been a game-changer for me. I moved in on the fifth floor and from day one, I knew this place was special. The property manager, Maylene , has been nothing short of incredible. She’s always so accommodating and patient, no matter what I need, and the rest of the staff are just as friendly and helpful. It's like they've all made it their mission to ensure everyone here feels at home. What really blows me away is how peaceful it is. It’s hard to find a spot that’s so calm, yet so perfectly located. Nestled between the Holland Tunnel and I-95, it's super convenient for me whether I need to get to the city or drive-by through Jersey. But despite being in such a prime spot, it feels like a little oasis. And then there are the amenities... where do I even start?

The Agnes is a really nice building to live in. The environment is really welcoming, and the events, services, and amenities are well worth it. Nashawn and Mayliz in the leasing office have been exceptional, accommodating, and patient. They really take the time to help residents and answer inquiries. This is a great place to live, if you're considering apartment buildings in Jersey City.
