“Avoid avoid avoid.” Is what I’ve seen through out all these reviews. Wow they were right, please take these reviews seriously. Just know there is no communication here. Just attitude and unprofessionalism. Especially Samatha, Ana’s assistant. She’s giving you all a really bad name. Showing up with hair de shoveled and in leggings a with tank top as a “courtesy visit”. Unable to answer any questions and claiming to be the head manager while Ana is out. When I requested to speak with them, I was met with hostility and unprofessionalism. Unwilling to help and horrible customer service skills. I would think as an “upholding agency,” they would hire better. So when you call with concerns and if Samatha answer the phone you will be met with unpleasant comments and eye rolls you can hear through

Every time I would call girls who would pick up would give me attitude or say some smart remarks, especially Jessica always made me feel like I was a burden. Drunk driver hit my mail box and it took them 2 months to replace it.(And that’s because I would keep calling) Even though drivers insurance covered everything! But as soon as I had a couple of weeds growing they would send 5 people to clean up a 10 minute one man job to cut them. And overcharge me and still give me attitude on why I haven’t cut them. My lease finished I asked for another place I can rent and Jessica only gave me one option which was smaller and more expensive. When I asked for help to find another place she said that’s all they had without even trying to help, and only gave me six weeks to get out .These people do

Can't give them less than a one star. Not truthful on moving out policies and breaking your lease. House leaked and damaged my girlfriends clothes and shoes. Showers had mold on them when we moved in, and animal hair under the stove and refrigerator. They gave us Less than $100.00 to re-clean a house that they should have already inspected. The house is a money pit that not well kept. Even if the renters do a good job of taking care of the home it isn't appreciated.

I have been renting with The Agency for over a month, and I am content with their service. They are proactive in dispatching experts to address any issues with the house. I am very satisfied with their responsiveness and support.

The Agency has been managing my property for approximately 7 years now and I am truly grateful to the staff....As a veteran it sucks when u are forced to buy property because of housing shortage (on/off) and Bliss at the time. So to see they 3.9 rating is disheartening, especially because I know the owner puts her employees, tenants and land lords first above all. I know this personally. The Agency is always professional even when overwhelmed..Maybe folks need to manage there expectations better.. God Bless and stay safe....
