The Addison

I currently live at The Addison Apartments, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The water pressure is consistently low, and the hot water is unreliable — sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Maintenance does not properly follow through on work orders. Requests are ignored or left incomplete, and there seems to be little urgency when it comes to resolving residents’ concerns. It often feels like maintenance staff are socializing instead of addressing ongoing issues. There is also a serious pest problem that does not appear to be under control, which makes living here uncomfortable. DO NOT MOVE HERE AND IF YOU LIVE HERE LEAVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We are coming up on our second year here at the Addison. The list of what’s right here is far shorter than its shortcomings. The office never can keep staff and they certainly don’t answer the phones. I spent over a year trying to get a resolution of why the ac didn’t work downstairs in our townhome but the office staff kept changing. When I finally got the property management involved, I was told it couldn’t be solved because the apartment was “just old and built wrong”. So now I spend $300-$400 in the summer time just to keep my apartment under 80 degrees. We pay $10 in pest control for virtually nothing. I've had a great experience living at the Addison Apartments. From the moment I moved in, the management and maintenance staff teams have been attentive and responsive to my needs. Any concerns I've had were addressed promptly and the community feels well-maintained and secure. I've noticed that many negative reviews seem to come from residents with payment or eviction issues, but in my experience, if you follow the lease agreement and communicate with management, they are more than willing to work with you. Overall I'm happy with my decision to live here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well managed and comfortable place to call home

Went in to inquire, great customer service from everyone in office, everything was communicated clearly to me. Nice , clean, apartments.
