This apartment complex has been an absolute nightmare, and I strongly urge others to think twice before signing a lease here. I lived in this apartment for less than two weeks before noticing bugs in my guest bedroom. I immediately submitted a maintenance request, and after waiting more than three days for a response, I was informed that the issue was identified as bed bugs. I was extremely confused and concerned, as I have never had any issues with bugs in the past. In fact, I had my belongings inspected just one week prior to moving in. What made the situation even more frustrating was being told that I would have to wait an additional four days before treatment could even begin. Since day one, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Between the Superior Liza, Gabrielle and front office staff, they have always gone above and beyond for the residents. Their very welcoming, friendly, professional, and truly care about the community. The maintenance staff is also outstanding! They are fast, efficient, and always willing to help whenever something comes up. It makes such a difference living somewhere that’s so well managed. Also with the best locations is Orlando.
