Their maintenance deserves 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a very positive experience living here. The management team is responsive, attentive, and communicates clearly- Marcia and Marissa are outstanding, they truly do their best to resolve any issue that comes up. The maintenance team is top-notch. Juan and Ricardo consistently go above and beyond in their work. They are skilled, kind, respectful, and genuinely care about helping residents, which is something you don’t see everywhere. One thing I love about the apartments is the spacious kitchen cabinetry—there’s plenty of storage and it fits so much. The pool and gym are a big plus and add a lot of value to the community. Since this is Florida, I’d recommend using a dehumidifier to keep humidity below 60%—it makes the apartment much

We are on year 3 and could not be more pleased. Marcia and team have been a joy to work with. Maintenance is great. We enjoy the many events and have gotten to know our neighbors in the process. Great gym and pool area. Also love having Chick-fi-a next door. We work at Universal which makes for an easy drive to work.

My ac broke on a Saturday, and Juan the supervisor went out on his day off to fix it. He is absolutely amazing. He keeps this property so clean and goes above and beyond to help everyone around. So friendly and nice. Ricardo went to my unit and explained everything that would happen. He immediately took action in calling Juan to go out and fix it. Also, Marisa is the best. She always goes above and beyond as well to help us. I can’t thank them enough for all they do.

We lived at the Addison for several years and to echo many other reviewers, it was a great place to live until the changes in management. The maintenance staff was wonderful and the amenities were generally clean and well kept. However, if you have issues with noise, expect management to do nothing. There was a unit in our building we complained about due to excessive noise late at night, as did multiple other residents in the building, which eventually escalated to the police being called out at one point. Despite multiple documented incidents of excessive noise during quiet hours, including loud parties, and a documented incident of harassment from the neighbors responsible for the noise, apartment management refused to address the issue. I lived here for 3 years. First 2 years I would, without a doubt, give it 4.5 stars. My last year was the reason why I left and the community gets this 2 stars review. Pro: 1) gym is decent and is always clean. 2) Pool is nice and even during summer is usually not packed. 3) Maintenance is by far the best thing in this place. They guys are ROCK STARS. 4) location. Chick-Fil-a in your backyard? 5) Events for residents are cool Cons: 1) If you get a noisy neighbor...FORGET IT. Office, in theory, complains but nothing really changes. It is BAD! BAD! BAD! Move here if you sleep like a rock or can get a top floor unit. 2) parking after 8pm is a gamble or a walking workout (pray for no rain and you will be fine). 3) Packages stolen, office does not help even with cameras. 4) Ariel was a beast
