The Addison at Lake Bryan

I truly miss living here, we lived in this community for 3 years and we would’ve never left if a 3/2 had been available for us. We simply needed to upgrade from our 2/2. Even my dog misses our walks and the beautiful views. Our unit felt like true luxury, and after three years, we were still able to leave it looking like new. The only issue we ever had was occasional noise—people moving furniture late at night or playing loud music—but the office staff was always quick, considerate, and effective in resolving anything, both for us and for the neighbors I reached out about. And for anyone complaining about “thin walls,” let’s be honest—that’s every new building in Florida. I enjoyed watching the sunset here, followed by the Disney fireworks at night. Really, really miss The Addison!

I absolutely love it here. Moved in late February/early March in 2025 from NJ. I was able to move in same day I got approved. The area is super quiet and in its own little nature pocket. But 5 min drive? You're in the heat of the action. Disney fireworks from the balcony at night. Jet skis on the backyard lake in the day. Everyone is super nice and the area feels safer than NJ woods. It is very easy to forget you're living in a tourist hub when here. 8 mins to Disney Springs is also a bit of a mind blower. I very much recognize that millions of people would kill to live where I do, and I am so grateful to have this.

Just moved in and already feel at home! The staff has been super friendly and welcoming. The management team has always been very kind and professional, especially Daisy and Celeste, who are always willing to help with a great attitude. Beautiful place, well maintained, and with a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to our maintenance technician, Julio. We were having electricity issues and he responded so quickly and went completely out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. He was professional, kind, and incredibly thorough, and it made a stressful situation so much easier. We are truly so grateful for his help and for how much he cares about the residents. Thank you, Julio!

I have lived here for 3 years and truly was excited for “Luxury” living like they happily promote but fail to execute. The first two years the biggest problem I had was the office not wanting to replace the water filter in the fridge, but the lease did not state it was our responsibility. That took a week to resolve each year. But this year?! has been the absolute worse. Their manager Jacqueline acts as if the tenants are bothering her and will avoid them because she doesn’t want to deal with their problems. I’ve seen her in passing and have said hi but she scurries off as if I am going to bring a problem her way. Great customer service Bainbridge! 👏🏼 not to mention, tenants get stuck in the elevator so make sure you get a first floor if you move in. Also, the fire alarm goes off randomly
