The Addison Apartments

The staff at The Addison WA created the smoothest moving experience I’ve ever had. Communication was always kind, clear, and timely, which made it easy to know exactly what the next steps were throughout the process. They did an excellent job answering questions and were always helpful and professional. The apartment looks great, and the entire experience has truly been above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better move in experience. If you’re considering The Addison Apartments, you truly have nothing to worry about, the staff here are outstanding and make the whole process easy and stress free.

We moved here in June and have not had any major issues. The place feels a little "old" but nice. The staff are really nice and you can pay your rent online and set up auto pay. Maintenance stands out as the best. We've had some issues with the appliances in our apartment breaking. Like the refrigerator and more recently the garbage disposal. Each time we put in a request it was fixed the next day. Friendly and knowledgeable maintenance man who knows how to fix everything. Also, this place is right across the street from a Winco and dog friendly. We're happy residents.

First impression, property clean and peaceful. Welcome package and everything was great. My apartment was clean and only minor issues. I really like the management of property and the cleanness and respectful neighbors. This is a large complex and has to be looked at accordingly, so when a person writes about garbage etc. It should be noted that every section has their garbage section. Mine is no problem and I live just besides it. Loved the spaciousness of my apt. Taylor is one of the sweetest person I have encountered during renting a place. Very detail and respects, caring and gets back to you quickly. I find this refreshing and adds to my comfort.

Moved in and the washer was broken can’t even drain our clothes good, and the amount of noise it makes, requested for change and to be fixed. Already a year now still the same. Can’t even use it because the neighbors downstairs might complain. This is not the first time we requested this to be fix 5times now

This complex is okay, but not for over 2k a month. It needs to come with nice appliances. The appliances are old. The pictures that are provided on the marketing websites are not the same. Bathrooms are very small, not enough cabinets space, the worst is the master bedroom, there is not enough closet space, which is very demoralizing to organize stuff. Lots of paint stains everywhere. Water stains underneath the sink. The walls are thin.
