The office staff is so sweet and cheerful!! I had a great experience touring the property and getting all my questions answered. Everyone was very helpful and kind.

Horrible place to live. Rents expensive owners are hard to get ahold of there has been stabbing and shooting and the office never cared to say anything. 1 in 6 people in the complex speak English. The garbages overfill every week and there is garbage blowing all over the complex

I've lived here since 2018. Staff has always been helpful. I really have no complaints

I lived here for one year. It was the cheapest place near downtown Vancouver I could find in a hurry. $1.8k for a two bedroom felt expensive, but maybe that's just regular 2023-24 rent prices. I could've sworn I paid a pet deposit fee but the office claimed they never received one, which left me uneasy about how my money was managed. The front office does NOT want to talk to you; they closed their rent drop-off so you can only turn in rent checks during their office hours. Grounds are very dirty since the maintenance guy quit. Dog poop everywhere in the dog park that you can smell if you live next to it. Garbage strewn all around the garbage area. Abandoned, unfixed cats having kittens underneath the buildings. :( I was relieved to move out.

We were initially really looking forward to moving into these apartments. But upon moving in, we've been incredibly disappointed. Our "newly cleaned and renovated" apartment was very dirty and in significant disrepair, the bathroom and kitchen especially. When we brought up our concerns to management, they seemed very unwilling to fix the issues or compensate us in any way. Our entire experience so far has been very negative and discouraging. Would not recommend this place, unless things significantly change soon.
