This management office is unorganized. They do not replace or fix any appliances at Columbia Road. Washing machines and dryers need to be replaced with new ones. Another Abrams Management office is not available when you call them. When it comes to work they are not doing the books right blaming tenants and telling them that they have not received it. If you have copies of your rent that is showing you proof that you paid your rent. I here alot of bad things about Mrs Desmond that she is horrible!!!!

ZERO STARS: This is the worst management company I have ever interacted with. I currently and unfortunately live at one of their properties (and have been for the past two years). Here are some things that were ignored by management (some got resolved, most did not): Bathroom has no fan and the single window is painted shut (not fixed, health code violation); sink broke within first month of moving in (was not fixed for months after reporting); the building's water tank broke last summer and I had to call three 3 times about a weird wet spot in my living room (fixed?); mushrooms grew out of our kitchen wall (they were recurring for two months); now there is another big leak that is SOAKING my carpet in my living room and they have sent the building super, but he is not a plumber so, my car

Terrible management skills no pride in there work no sense of wanting to provide a great service to there customers zero stars for customer service
