The staff have been really helpful and I appreciate them. Ms. Ginny has been extremely kind and helpful from showing me the apartment, to my lease agreement, she even helps with my packages and all other issues I have.

Great place to call home! Jenny did an amazing job making us feel welcome right from the start! She made the whole process easy and stress free! Im happy to be a Abner resident!

We love calling this place home! We have lived here for almost a month, and couldn’t have found the more perfect place. The office maintenance staff are 5 star! Any request for maintenance is handled on less than 24 hrs. The office manager is the sweetest! Thank you Abner for making us feel so welcome and a place to call home. Highly recommended!

The ABNER apartment is excellent — very clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and it’s clear that it’s well taken care of. I especially want to thank Jenny — she is a wonderful person and a true professional.
