The Abbey on Lake Wyndemere

I relocated due to damage to my previous residence caused by a fire. Unfortunately, the property management has been insufficient in addressing ongoing concerns related to a neighboring resident who has exhibited aggressive behavior and experiencrs mental health challenges. Despite multiple reports, both the on-site and district managers have declined to take appropriate action, citing the resident’s six-year tenure at the property as the reason. This decision appears to prioritize the resident’s long-term occupancy over the safety and well-being of other residents, including myself. While the manager mentioned issuing a citation to the resident, he has stated that no further action will be taken. The company chooses a person with disturbing behavior over a service member. Palas made my entire leasing process so easy! Every time I see her, she’s incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and that you feel at home from day one. You can tell she really cares about the residents here. Honestly, this girl deserves a raise — people like her make The Abbey on Lake Wyndemere such a great place to live!

Me and my husband lived here for 2 years. We fell in love with the townhomes layout and square footage along with the beautiful green spaces on property. Pros - The location and green spaces of the property are lovely. The lake and walking trails are well maintained. - Pallas at the leasing office is delightful and the only person within the property management team that is considerate and understanding. - The actual maintenance team is well managed and does their best given the directives of management. - Floorplan of the townhomes. That much square footage and a garage are hard to come by in traditional apartment complexes. Cons - Everything is broken all of the time - from the in unit washer and dryers (which we had 5 maintenance requests for our dryer because it took up to 3 cycles t

Everyone in the staff is amazing! From Valery, to Jorge, to Leila, and Palas, everyone made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and help facilitate my moving process. I love where I live, very nice, clean, friendly neighbors. Would recommend.

I have nothing but the highest praise for this apartment complex. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance personnel are absolutely delightful people. Every problem I have had, has been handled so professionally and quickly. When I came to them about a flickering light in the hall (My best friend is epileptic so this is a big deal for her) it was fixed by the time I got home from work. They have returned every call within an hour or so, they were very on top of keeping all guest informed of any complications on property. They have lovely monthly events and food trucks. The few times I came into the office with my ESA dog they were always so kind to her. The only reason I am not staying, is because I have moved out of state and if I ever return, I will be going here first. In
