The Abbey & Devon at South Riding Apartments

Excellent community to live. I've been at the Abby for 5 years, and never heard of disruptive behavior from the tenants. The admin team is friendly and responsive. Rebecca is doing a great job. The maintaince team is AMAZING!! So far I feel happy!

Not new by any means but a steal when it comes to a bang for your buck. Very reasonably priced, dated yes but extremely functional. Management was always friendly, repairs or concerns always addressed quickly. Very good size vs what else is out there. If you are looking for a comfortable priced bang for your buck this is it.

The office team is always amazing — every time I call or request something, they’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The maintenance team is also the best! I had some issues with the washing machine and water line over the past three weeks, and they came by multiple times to make sure everything was fixed, safe, and clean. Truly great service all around. Thank you!

They gave us 60 days to move out after notifying them of black mold all over unmaintained hot water tanks, walls etc!!!..... Building infested with roaches....potholes alllll over the parking lot....garbage thrown all outside the dumpster so you cant dump your garbage....maintenance never truly fixes anything they just put band aids over stuff....the property manager will chase kids around accusing them, and anyone she can of smoking Marijuana.....STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
