The Abbey at Sonterra

I’ve had a wonderful experience at The Abbey at Sonterra! The community is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and truly feels like home. The amenities are top-notch, and the location is perfect for convenient living. The employees are friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. From the leasing office to the maintenance staff, everyone is responsive and genuinely cares about the residents. All around great team! 💜 I highly recommend The Abbey at Sonterra to anyone looking for a comfortable home with outstanding customer service!

I do not recommend this apartment. While the repair workmen are very considerate and helpful, the office staff are absolutely not. The staff do not respond timely to emails for assistance or information, do not keep track of paperwork properly, and are generally disorganized. I did not get a parking decal for almost 3 months after moving in, despite the office manager having a stack of them in her desk drawer when I went in person to follow up on my emailed requests. I selected my particular apartment on the promise that new grass was going to be laid shortly after I moved in but instead I had dirt, weeds, or a Soddy mixture of both for the entirety of my residence. I had to provide my move-out notice 3 times because staff kept “losing” my notice emails or failing to ask me to fill out for

They make you fill out the application with an app. fee of $125. So we did our part with gathering all the paper work and i have a great credit score. I told my Boss I was moving, they made her fill out a paper of income and my income was good. I also sent my i.d. like twice because the lady didnt seem to keep everything in order in one pile. Only to be rejected because we didn't have job offer letters?!? Like why didn't you say that in the 1st place, instead of making us go through all that and collect the app.fee. like im so confused! They always find a way to make things harder in life, like not even a good credit score is good anymore! Jeez o wheezi'! Smh well they missed out on some clean very responsible tenants. Good luck w this one! Cause your gonna need it. Lol

We absolutely love living here. My family and I are so happy to be a party of this community! The staff is so nice as well as the maintenance team, my issues are always resolved in time. The pool is always in great condition as well as all of the amenities. The coffee from the cyber cafe is my obsession to be honest! If you are looking for luxury living in the stone oak area at a good price I extremely recommend 🙏

Do not live here unless you’re a white individual. The office management is horrible. Prejudice treatment, rude behavior, unhelpful, unorganized, unprofessional, etc. The only people that care about you here is the trash and maintenance workers. They are the sweetest people ever. Everyone else no. Even experienced racism from neighbors. The rent is very high for what you’re getting compared to surrounding properties. Please save yourself the trouble. So happy to be rid of this place.
