I am no longer at this apartment complex for good reason. The entire year and half that my family lived here, we dealt with roaches, and a lot of them. We were told that it was not a known problem. When infact, it was a known problem, which I will explain. We told management about the roaches as soon as we moved in. So we were given an apartment that was knowingly infested with roaches. If you get an apartment here, ask to see the apartment, not just the show room if possible. That way you know beforehand if your apartment will have roaches. Look for droppings in cabinets, etc. They are black little specks. We even saw egg casings which are brown and oval shaped. We spoke with some of our neighbors and were told that they were dealing with the same thing. We had to smoke out our apartment

This place when I moved it was really nice. Roaches nonexistent except apparently in other apartments. They did periodic treatment except for residents that had a problem. Does this place have amenities? Nope, they have a fake pool that hasn't been open for 2 yrs. Do we pay for amenities?-yep about $75 per month. What amenities do they have: the closed fake pool? Always something wrong with it, never operational and when it is it's for a few hours like they teased us memorial Day with it open then claimed they needed to clean it? Have they nope! They literally were shut down from the city supposed but I called them and had to do a foia request, apparently it was fine for a year while they left the sign up. Any other amenities other than a pool nope bc the bbq pits are locked inside the poo

I have lived here for about 7 months and I truly have enjoyed my experience. The community is super quiet and everyone is so friendly. One of the reasons it’s been so enjoyable is because of Kygaly! She is one of the leasing agents in the office and is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She is always available to answer questions and assist with any issues. I look forward to renewing my lease when the time comes. I’m so happy I made this choice. Also, maintenance comes SO quick! As soon as you put a request in it gets fixed immediately!

They have roaches here, I requested pest control and I still see bugs every day. Apartment is spacious but seems like an older complex. The model unit definitely tricked me. Oh yeah not to mention the parking sucks, there are only 4 visitors parking spots that’s close to the units, others are super far away. Ridiculous, wouldn’t recommend
