Jesy was a huge help during our moving process! From our first interaction, she was professional, friendly, and efficient. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood the differences between the two apartments we were considering. She was very responsive and patient throughout the entire process. Whether it was showing us both apartments or providing details about the amenities, she made everything smooth and stress-free. Upon arrival to the abbey the atmosphere was very warm/ inviting, the staff very friendly. Susana is very nice, friendly, and professional. I was very impressed. She very very helpful and knowledgeable about the complex. She always got a smile on her face. The whole Abbey family were very attentive and helpful, Thank you!🙏🏾 The complex is pet friendly with stations to clean up after your pet and I wish that their owners were as respectful, clean up your dog poop. The amenities are awesome

I have lived at Abbey at Energy Corridor for the past two years and have had a consistently positive experience, thanks largely to Isaiah in the leasing office. Isaiah has always been professional, approachable, and responsive, making every interaction pleasant and efficient. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, and communication was always clear and helpful. The maintenance team has also been very attentive and reliable. Service requests were handled quickly, and the staff was courteous and respectful while resolving any issues. The combined efforts of the leasing office and maintenance team have made living at Abbey at Energy Corridor comfortable and stress-free. I’ve lived here for the past year, and while there has been some change in staff over the past few months, I’ve had a really good experience overall. I can honestly say that Erica has been the first to answer and return my calls when I had questions about a maintenance work order. That really stood out to me because communication makes a big difference. You can tell she cares and is making an effort to help. I appreciate her responsiveness and professionalism. This definitely makes living here easier.
