I’ve lived here at the nine for my freshman year and all I can say is it’s terribly organized. All of the staff here are rude and if you call them to Complain about something they’re always passive aggressive and always rude. My boyfriend just called and complained because there’s always people here in the house and we don’t know about it and she said that there’s nothing they can really do about it because it’s their property since he has a vacant room in his apartment, so basically people will always be in your house if you have a vacant room and you won’t know about it and you won’t know that anyone’s even entered your room. I’ve got towed two times here because they failed to give me a parking sticker and I called about it and the guy said it’s OK. I’ve gotten told three times here. Th

We recently came to tour one of the apartments, and Alyssa was wonderful. She was extremely helpful, and had all the answers we needed. We will definitely keep them in mind when the final decisions are to be made.

HORRIBLE experience. Came to sleep over at my best friend’s apartment, and there are NOOOO signs saying that i couldn’t park there or i would get towed. Got towed and the girls on the office did not helped. They barely gave me the address of the place for me to get my car back. Horrible horrible horrible. Customer service is awful, no signs, and also it is an OPENED garage, so you should definitely have signs. Terrible lack of management and manners.

Moved in our student and there were many obstacles and hiccups but Destiny worked so hard for us to ensure our issues were handled immediately. Every college apartment has kinks/hurdles at times and I know that this new management is working hard to provide better service and living arrangements for their tenants. They stay so busy and have so many tenants to attend to but I truly believe if you are kind and persistent when addressing maintenance request, they are going to get it resolved pronto. I was a bit disappointed at first, but again, Destiny's main goal was to make sure we were all settled and happy with our lease and accomodations. Worst apartment complex of all time. Don’t be fooled by the nice pool and other amenities you’ll never use. They will extort you for every last penny whenever they get the chance. Charges $200 for a paint chip on a wall after living there for 2 years straight. No other options, pay the 200. WiFi goes out more often than other complexes, smoke detectors go off about once every month or two. Same with fire alarms. If you’re reading this, hopefully it’s not too late. Live somewhere else!
