The 3900 Apartment Homes

I lived here for a little over two years and really enjoyed my stay! The 3900 has been my favorite apartments that I have stayed at. The staff is friendly and professional. Here are some pros and Cons Pros: -maintenance is very responsive -neighbors are respectful of noise level -landscaping was very maintained -pool also very clean -dog park available -local park near by and nice residential area to go for walks -they offered free food, treats or hosted events occasionally on holidays. Cons: -parking is very limited but there is street parking -sometimes you’ll find homeless digging through the trash -not gated

Love these apartments!! Super quiet. And clean . The lady’s in the office are super nice and understanding.very helpful and determined to help. I have a 5month old baby and I feel safe going out on walks with him . Definitely recommend

I love this place quiet, we've been living here for 5yrs. Brandy and Anna so really good management and for us as soon we need something on our apartment they help us, for us is being excellent since first day.

We’ve had a great experience living here! Everyone—from the office team( brandy and Anita) to the maintenance crew( Luis) —has been amazing and so helpful. The appliances and the units themselves are very nice and well-kept. The entire staff is so sweet and always willing to help with anything we need. If you’re looking for a good place to live, look no further—this is it! Highly recommend.

The 3900 has a nice, quiet vibe and is in a really convenient spot - close to shops, food, and easy commuting options. The place looks modern and feels clean without being overdone. Staff is friendly and quick to respond when something comes up, which definitely makes a difference. Overall, it is a solid, comfortable place to be!
