I have had a pleasant experience living at the 1805. Yes, the windows do not open but it has not bothered me and I’ve known other apartment complexes to do the same thing. The elevator has only been down once since I’ve lived here and that is because the power went out due to a wind storm and they fixed it promptly. Maintenance responds to requests very quickly. I have never had anything in my apartment break. The building is mostly clean and I’ve never had a pest problem. When I do have an issue, it’s easy enough to text the leasing office and they usually respond within a day. For the price and the area, it’s not a bad spot.

Positive experience living here and would recommend. Perfect location. The leasing office was very responsive and easy to work with - Sandra and Savannah were super helpful; Sam was an excellent apartment tour guide. Maintenance is effective, friendly and quick to respond to anything.

This is one of the better apartment buildings that I have lived in. Yes, the windows don’t open and yes, the elevator is down frequently. There were some other reviews complaining about “thin walls”. It’s an apartment building. This is what you sign up for. For the good: maintenance is very prompt, the building is kept clean, we have no pest issues (which is HUGE), and the location is unbeatable (beautiful walks in many directions helps offset the lack of fresh air in the apartment for me). No complex is perfect, but this is the closest I’ve seen.

Have not enjoyed living here. The windows do not open at all (there is a sheet of glass screwed over the windows), the elevator is constantly down for maintenance work so if you don't live on the first floor be ready for a lot of stairs, the front lobby alarm goes off at least once or twice a month and they rely on contractor timelines to get fixed so you have to deal with a high pitched alarm for 7 hours at a time. The walls are thin so you can hear everything around you (1st floor the mailboxes are slammed open and shut like everyday, the elevator is easily heard and the mechanisms go through your walls, and the entrance doors are constantly slammed open and shut because they are the original to the building so very old metal and very heavy) The front door was broken for weeks causing a

Since it was a new apartment complex when I moved in, we were not allowed to tour before moving in so I was not aware that you could NOT open your windows. You cannot crack them, lift them, or push them out, and there are no balconies so say goodbye to fresh air in your living space. Also, if you open an oven door or cook anything on a stove top, your fire alarm will likely go off and there is no way to air out your apartment because the windows do not open. Secondly, there was only one elevator, and it was constantly broken or down for maintenance so be ready to get your steps in, especially if you live on an upper floor or have a pet. Third, the front door frequently had issues. Residents either could not get into or out of the building OR anyone could get into it from the circle, which
