They are the mgmt. company of the newly demolished condo at 221 Mount Auburn Street in Cambridge. Mark is afraid of standing up to the people that break the rules while putting others in danger. We don’t need a cowardly lion as a manager we need a leader. He doesn't follow through on what the trustees have voted on. All the work they do is in vain. And he’s being paid a lot to do what the board recommended and voted on. If he’s afraid of dealing with unruly tenants he’s in the wrong profession. We need a leader. Mark does the opposite of what the trustees voted on. Isn't he supposed to work for the trustees and residents? That actually live at the property and know more about what is going on? Anyway, it's scary that people like this can sleep at night when the tenants they should be help

My tenancy itself was without major issues, but I haven’t received my security deposit two months after moving out, despite multiple follow-ups! Poor communication and lack of resolution have been very disappointing, and I would advise future tenants to be cautious.

This is an illegal practice. Avoid at all costs as a tenant and property owner. They tried to raise the rent 40% with under two weeks’ notice, which is illegal in Mass (not to mention the myriad of illegal construction practices happening in our building that’s dangerous to workers and tenants). Instead of responding to emails, calls, visits, and negotiating, they went to court, and their lawyer (who didn't even know what case she was pushing) literally got laughed at by the court for how blatantly in the wrong her side was. Embarrassing! It cost them tens of thousands of dollars of missed rent (as the court found we were entitled to that) and legal fees, and was such an icky experience for us. Hands down, the most incompetent and irresponsible people I've ever had the displeasure of havin

Absolutely horrid, I own my unit and on three separate occasions have had issues with flooding due to lack of maintenance in other units. My most recent call to their emergency hotline was ignored and I had to once again spend the night bailing water to prevent massive damage. The maintenance manager is completely and utterly incompetent and knows nothing of building maintenance or even the layout of the buildings she's "in charge" of. She won't call for plumbers unless you go over her head and try to reach someone at the main office. She will then proceed to belittle you and act as though nothing ever happened, she hides issues from upper management to cover her inability. Every winter she sends out notices about the unit owners responsibility for keeping their pipes from freezing, but a

I rated them with one star, which I believe is generous considering the circumstances. When I called about a water leak from the ceiling, they couldn't arrive promptly. The person on the phone "suggested" I should have checked the unit above myself rather than calling them, which was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of offering practical advice, he was aggressive and condescending. To top it off, the call ended with a mention of being "kicked out of the conference," which was confusing and unpleasant. They should improve their customer service approach, particularly in urgent situations like mine.
