Thai Binh Apartments

Today’s seattle has apartments for rent where the managers will rarely get back to you. Not here. Jeri-Ann and her staff are very fast and very responsive. Everything is new. Central air and heat. Dishwasher washer dryer. Large bathroom. It’s a great apartment and much less expensive with the income restrictions. They have a courtyard gym movie room and it’s all much less than any other similar building. Here you save money and have really good management as well as constant security.

Lived here 2019-2023. Was happy with it overall. Rent was cheap - even for MFTE - and location was great. Moved in 2023 for several reasons * Rent increased in one year from $1168 to $1411 for 1BR * I got a dog, and it is not a good dog-walking area * Drug problem showed no signs of improving Do not live here if * You have a dog * You have kids * You'll frequently be out late * You have a car Live here if * You need an affordable place to live near downtown * You want a really convenient location for public transit * You want A/C * You're okay with packages getting stolen Keep in mind * All units are income-restricted (MFTE) * It's right next to the freeway * It's right next to open air drug market Units - 8/10 + There's central A/C + Large kitchen + Large bathroom + Good built in sto

Toured and ran into the maintenance supervisor! So kind and knowledgeable!! Whole building I saw was clean as well. So nice to not have to hold my nose in a big building.

For people who think that this place is a good pick, DON'T RENT HERE! They missed 3 months worth of rent from my sister and are evicting us for that. Not to mention, the elevators always smell like pee and poop, not often cleaned, and they don't have a place or slot for you to pay your rent at. If you loose a pet in this building, they won't even search, and to top it all off, the fire alarms mostly play at night.

Maintenance team rocks my socks! Places are clean and the property is tidy!!! Awesome spot!!
