TGM Sudley Crossing

I am happy at TGM Sudley Crossing. I've been here for 2 years now and never really had any major issues. I had an urgent maintenance call over the summer time because of a wasp nest that decided to call my balcony a home (I am allergic so I'd rather not take chances). I walked into the office to request an urgent ticket and it was taken care of immediately. Tickets are usually handled within 24 hours and so far everything has been fine. The office staff is courteous, including Faith, Bobby and Alfredo. I love the community, it is clean and overall quiet. I'd love to stay another year.

TGM Sudley is best Appartment Facility to live. I am a happy rental. I feel very comfortable to live with my family here in these appartments. Staff is very helpful and have proactive approach. Examples, with this last snow blizzard, snow is still piling up everywhere. My TGM management made the best arrangements to clean all sidewalk, roads and specially every single Parking space with their extra hardwork. WOW REALLY 5 STAR APPARTMENT (TGM Sudley)

One of the best places to live. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My dog is the “community pet” and he loves it here as well. Love the amenities, apts are very nice. Close to a lot of stores and shopping centers. I would name staff, but all of them have been helpful. Happy to live here.

We have been living here for over 6 years. Leasing staff are very helpful, professional and responsive. Every time we had a maintenance request, they did reached out and addressed the maintenance issues immediately. A very friendly and spacious community. We enjoy calling TGM Sudley Crossing a lovely home to live in.

Having lived in several different apartment communities, I have never experienced such quick and attentive snow removal. The building maintenance team went above and beyond during the recent snowfall by promptly clearing the walkways and applying salt throughout the common areas, even before the contractors began their work. Their proactive efforts greatly reduced the risk of slip‑and‑fall accidents, and their dedication is truly appreciated.
