We absolutely love living at TGM Harbor Beach! Our move-in experience was flawless, complete with a lovely welcoming gift. JT and Shakira at the leasing office were very friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole process truly seamless, thank you both! The manager Angel is true to her name and it was God sent, helping us snatch the last unit in the floor plan we were looking for and sealing the deal on us moving here. And we're so glad we did! Our apartment is spacious, well appointed with great finishings and modern appliances and with a lovely garden right outside our very convenient ground floor terrace. If you move here, you WILL have packages stolen. And there is zero accountability for the poor mail situation. This is getting out of hand and is impacting quality of life for many residents. Hoping for a solution from the office soon as this is incredibly disappointing.

Angel, the leasing manager, and the entire leasing staff did an outstanding job with my move-in process. Angel was incredibly organized, responsive, and on top of every detail from start to finish. She made sure everything was handled smoothly and always responded in a timely manner, which made the whole experience stress-free. The rest of the leasing team was just as helpful and professional. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication to making my move-in such a positive experience!

Total disappointment and hidden fees I highly do not recommend this complex. It looks nice on the outside, but living here is constant stress and a battle with management. Main Negatives: 1. Terrible Conditions: The air conditioning works very poorly; the apartment is constantly stuffy. The pool is always freezing—the heater is either broken or they are just saving money. 2. Unsanitary Conditions: There is a persistent stench in all the hallways. The grounds are unkempt: animal waste is lying everywhere, and they clean it up very rarely. 3. Treatment of Residents & Fines: Arbitrary rules rule the garage. You can be fined instantly; you won't even have time to walk to the office to get a pass or resolve a parking issue. No attempt to understand the situation, just immediate punishment. 4. E
