TGM Anchor Point

This place has to be the worst place I have ever been in! From MICE INFESTATION TO COCKROACHES! Mostly every neighbor I had the privilege to talk to and share experiences with! Everyone had the same thing to say. From the terrible experience from the maintenance team they have. To management where they brush you off like nothing is happening and just lie in your face. They tell you they will fix the issue but instead they try to patch it up and call it a day. It took multiple complaints to have them “attempt” to fix issues in the apartment, from MOLD building up on the walls right next to the Dishwasher. The appliances were old and just barely running. Multiple issue with the washer and drier. The stove and the oven barely worked, but those where small issues compared to the MICE infestat

I've lived here since August of 2025. I've been very happy. The team is very kind and helpful. Maintenance is taken care of quickly. They also do ancillary things that add a "homey" touch such as: taco trucks, gift wrapping table in the lobby, holiday party and other thoughtful things. I had a hiccup with my parking spot at the start, but otherwise I love it here. My apt is beautiful and the fireplace is so cozy. - Natalie K

I enjoyed my three years at TMG. The people who I got to know Management, staff and fellow tenants made my time there special. I was always letting people know what a great place it is for instance a Lyft driver dropped me off Jermain and recommended him and he is now a tenant at TMG in building 1! It’s a special environment where you can get to know the area of Stamford and surrounding communities. George and Benny especially make TGM feel like a community and home. I will always feel welcome when I visit. Thank you!!

I have lived here for over 3 years and I LOVE it. Everything has been taken care of right away, it's safe and the neighbors and crew are super helpful. George, the leasing agent and property manager is amazing and listens to everyone's complaints whether he can do something about it or not. He is my go to buddy! Benny, the main concierge in the evenings is my dog's favorite person. He knows everyone and is so helpful and gives my dogs so many treats that my dog won't walk unless he sees Benny. I love it here and I love the walking area and paths for my dogs. Highly recommend!

Im about to go into my 4th year here and I dont have a bad thing to say and ive never had a problem. George in leasing is so friendly and helpful and has been the same way since the first phone call i had with him even before i came to tour the property. Everyone in that office is great. Benny in concierge is always a pleasure, happy to see you and so kind. If you get large packages he will even put them at my door. Carafin Doday in maintenance always comes quickly and is always happy to fix things for you. He will even notice things that need to be taken care of and insist that you put in a service request and he will come the next day and takes care of it for you. The amenities here are a bonus. I am very happy living here.
