BEWARE! Please stay away from this company! They will not take your concerns seriously, they will not communicate, and they will take your money for maintenance issues outside of your control. They didn’t take mold/water intrusion seriously and then had the audacity to charge us for the cleanup!! I’ve rented for 10 years in different cities across FL and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had from apartments to other PMs to private landlords. We moved into a new build and there was still painters tape from the walkthrough and exposed wiring from construction. That should’ve been the first red flag. Please do not rent here. there have been multiple issues with the home from the fridge going out several of times to the ac being replaced and me and my infant being in heat. There is a growing water mark with mold and etc. on my ceiling the ceiling is seeping in. The manager of the property refused to fix it. They recieved written notices and by law they have to maintain a roof that is habitable to make the property habitable. They refused to fix it so I did a legal withhold of rent in the state of Florida. I told them I was leaving due to negligence. They illegally locked me out of my home yes they did they changed the locks while the was still moving. That action will land someone in jail. So I feel very bad for whoever made such decision as I will be making a police report. You can’t
PLEASE BEWARE!!!! I almost got trapped with this company but im so glad that I backed away after reading these reviews please please what ever you do READ the reviews first before moving forward because they are true. The communication between yourself and the AI rep don't work lol I was a potential resident at a home that was for rent which I was approved for but then they stated I needed a cosigner which I did the first time and my cosigner wasn't approved but I was able to move forward in the process with just myself. I went through the whole process of getting my approral letter and making an appointment to go the office to make payment, then was told the owner of the home didn't want to move forward even with a higher deposit due them wanting me to have a cosigner lol but you just app
This review may be a little premature as I haven’t been to the office yet to sign my paper work and get the keys to the house, but my interaction(s) online have been good thus far. I have been working with Kay on scheduling my pick up and she is very pleasant to speak with. She is actually allowing me to come in 30 minutes early as the movers are scheduled that morning to deliver my household goods. I will update later if anything requires to be posted about my experiences, but I am hoping for a smooth transition from Arkansas to Florida with TG being the property management company.
We truly enjoyed the two years we spent at our rental property in the Northshore area, and any maintenance issues that arose (which were few and very minor) were quickly and courteously handled. Our rent for this particular property (3 bedroom/1 bath bungalow built in 1935 with laundry room and fenced-in back yard) was priced very reasonably at $1,250 per month, and our rent only increased by $50 the following year when we renewed the lease. We only left after the second year because our children went off to college and we no longer needed to have so much space. I will definitely continue to recommend this property rental agency to friends and acquaintances!
