I would not recommend Lenny as a landlord. I rented his home at Beard Ave for several years. He attempted to keep most of my deposit when I moved out, with nonspecific, unitemized deductions to perfectly round numbers that clearly were estimates or rounded. In Texas, you must deduct actual expenses and not estimated expenses. I was shocked because I had toured the house with him before move out to make sure that we were on the same page and that there wouldn't be any surprises for either of us. In the end, Lenny backed off immediately when I hired an attorney and reminded him of Texas' triple treble damages law for bad faith deductions. He ended up caving completely and refunding the deposit in full because his claims were meritless. While he let us stay in the house past the lease so t

Rented from Lenny for almost 4 years. Great landlord. Very transparent about everything. Never had an issue that wasnt fixed within a day or two. You hear so many horror stories about landlords these days, none of those were the case with TexasRealty

Mark Fishman was very rude and condescending to speak with. He wasn’t helpful with explaining the process or explaining how he planned to help. He sounded consistently annoyed over the phone so I don’t know why he bothered to call in the first place.
