Had a very unpleasant experience renting a house from Realtor and Landlord Simon Shafik. In summary, you simply cannot trust his word. So, my advice is to document everything very carefully, and do not provide him with any amount of security deposit. It will be forcefully retained and your only alternative will be to start an exhaustive court / legal procedure to reclaim it. So, it's worth looking for someone with higher ethical standards.

Casey Russell is not capable of returning phone calls, and when you can get him on the phone, he lies left and right. I can only image how the rest of this company operates, based on the way Mr Russell handles his business. Shame on you.

I worked with Jenny Xiong to rent an apartment that is part of a duplex. In the beginning, she seemed very nice. I didn't understand why she wanted a copy of my social security card. As we slowly went through the process of completing the application, she kept coming up with things she wanted for me. She even wanted me to fill out the inspection form of the apartment before signing the lease. I wrote down that the right bars towards the top of the staircase were wobbly and they should be tightened. She then proceeded to tell me that I'm supposed to use my left hand to go up the stairs. We had the most horrible yet terrible experience with United realty group. They took booking deposit agent processing fee signed lease by one tenant while delayed for another to book an apartment for ours child’s. After repeated follow ups over weeks, they kept lying to us that their system is having issues and they will send it soon for second signature. Later, their Agent Rafael stoped receiving any calls and then Last minute, United realty sent us an email saying refund your money because the property is sold. Unethical and disgusting from them. We are on hunt again running on streets as no choice. We would never trust them or recommend them again to any one. God protect people from such spams.

Patricia (Trish) Serenil is our Realtor for a lease house in Copperfield, bless her heart dealing with three women occupants. She found us a home with PATIENTS, kindness, professional, caring to all three of our needs! I could not have picked a better person (realtor) to do this for us. She will definitely be spoken about for years on in. The word will get out how wonderful she has been with us. I will forever use her in the future and pass on to all my friends and families that need a terrific person find them a home!!! Texas United Reality did a great job hiring such a dedicated woman!
