This was the worst experience ever. It started at move in(on a Friday). The house was not clean nor was the carpet shampooed. I had to hire someone to clean the house and wait for their carpet vendor to go out to shampoo. The property manager, Liz told me to call her when Texas Gas went to service the house even if it was after hours. She would send someone so I called, left a voicemail and text. I was then told by Liz that having a working heater and hot water was NOT an emergency and they would send someone out on Monday. I had to find other accommodations for my daughter and I. I have an ESA and provided all paperwork for her and was then asked to get renters insurance that showed coverage for my ESA and was asked to provide my pay stubs a few months after moving in. My husband and I were relocated out of the country which meant we had to leave our very first and dear home behind. We couldn’t fathom being away from it much less having a stranger live in the house. Gratefully a friend of mine recommended AREA Texas Realty. This rental property has been a great place to live. Maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner, and communication was always clear and professional by Liz.

Texas Realty aided me a lot when I moved into my first rental alone. I was very grateful and impressed with their organization. Any document, copy, or maintenance need I required was quick and simple. Liz and Paulina who work with the tenants often are very knowledgeable.

They will visit the rental home a month after moving out and charge you a fee for the weeds growing outside
