Our experience with this realtor company has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After completing the inspection for the home we are selling, the company abruptly stopped communicating with our realtor . We were essentially ghosted—no updates, no explanations, and no willingness to answer very basic questions about the status of our contract. To make matters worse, they attempted to terminate the contract without providing any clear or legitimate reason, even though the original agreement directly conflicts with the terms they cited for termination. Their lack of transparency and refusal to communicate has caused unnecessary stress and confusion throughout the process. Selling a home is already a major decision, and professionalism matters. It’s a really bad look when your realtors illegally park in the spot reserved for people with disabilities in a car with your company name on it. Tina said it was an “emergency” but what about the disabled people who now don’t have any space for their necessary wheelchair ramps so they can get out of their car? I can’t imagine any emergency that can only be solved by a trip to Walmart but can’t take an extra 30 seconds so people with mobility issues can also access public spaces. Truly embarrassing, disappointing, and egregious. Do better. Also, seriously on that photo? Snapchat filter with butterflies as your professional headshot for your car?

Loretta Rodriguez is a fantastic realtor under this brokerage whom I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She’s been great with communication had an outside lender with her client already preapproved & I’m grateful to have cross paths with someone so prepared her customer service has been amazing as well.
