Texas Longhorn Equities - Property Management

First and last time ever renting with them. Thought they were a great property management until I ended my lease and moved out. They accused us of swapping out the washer and dryer. Keep in mind the house came with a brand new washer and dryer (in white) and whoever installed them left behind the trash, which I documented and told them as well. It had model number of the dryer on the box and I presented it as proof but it was not accepted because it “justifies nothing at all”. Jacqulyn called my girlfriend to question the situation, but it was with an accusatory tone and predetermined intent to disregard and disbelieve anything she said and hung up. My experience with Texas Longhorn Equities for the past 4 months has been great! Trish was very accommodating with the house lease. Traci, with Customer Service, is delightful and very quick to respond/address any questions or concerns. Justin, the maintenance man, is also very polite and knowledgeable on just about anything you have him work on and quick with repairs. Just a great team of folks you can rely on!

Our experience with the rental company has been good overall so far. The homes are nice and upkept. Maintenance orders are complete when we request them, which is nice. We’ve only had one “hiccup” with communication overall an HOA issue, other than that communication has been good. The staff are pretty nice. If you’re considering renting through them, I’d say go for it.

Great service, the people on the office are very nice and helpful Had a pipe broke in the early morning, the team was in site in 3 hours. Replaced and fixed the pipes and had my water running the same day. Definitely recommended.

Traci is very helpful, making the move in process very pleasant. I have lived at the property for a few months now and have had no issues. The property was very clean and well kept at move in. The customer service has been great, the ladies in the office have no problem answering questions or returning calls. They are quick to respond and to send maintenance out when needed.
